A splash of green or red or blue,
Azure, purple, orange too,
A dash of yellow, splash of lime,
A technicolour masterpiece quite sublime.
The sun brings to life these coloured panes,
Leaves the cloister floor garnished with rainbow stains.
Whatever happens, this I vow,
I will return to this special place somehow.

Wow! What a gorgeous photo! Do you know where it is located? The poem is also lovely. I’d want to go back there too, if I had a place like that!
Isn’t it beautiful? I’ve been trying to find out where it is without success. If I do find out, I’ll let you know!
Found it using a reverse image search! It’s the Nasir ul Mulk Mosque of Sheraz, in Iran. 😀
Thank you Alex!
No problem, haha. I was curious, too. 😉
You are fab! Thanks! Will add it to the post!
