At 11 tall ships

Sailing home

Under a mackerel sky

And full canvas?

Or at a bridge

Across the bay?

Where the Paramatta

And the Lane Cove rivers

Meet

Stands Cockatoo Island

A relic of an industrial past

When the shipyards thrived
