Each has a different tone,
Humming to their own unique note.
The pure higher chime that comes with glass,
Played sometimes in unison, sometimes alone,
I almost know each sound by rote.
The deeper pitch of the Tibetan bowl,
Ringing its music to seduce and charm,
A Singing Bowl makes me feel peaceful, whole,
Above all it brings me calm.

You just bowled me over!
Haha! Good!
Amazing. I have never heard of them. Loved Roy’s comment 🙂
They are beautiful
Ah, too bad there’s no audio along with this post. Will have to youtube it!
I guess I should have put the sound on…
I could use some calm. I have heard these bowls before, but I don’t remember where. Maybe in a previous life? Thanks for the poem, Caro.
They are magnificent!
I’ve not heard of a singing bowl – it sounds lovely!
It is the most beautiful sound…
It sounds lovely. I didn’t even know it existed!
It IS lovely. Blissful!
