I have been meaning to cover this blog for some time,
It’s creative perfection – the artwork’s sublime.
The author is one Mr Reinaldo Ferrer,
Former engineer, he’s now an artist of exceptional flair,
Who works from a photo and fashions a stencil,
Then eschews the oil paints, the brush or the pencil,
And takes out cans of spray paint and instead of graffiti,
Creates pictures of substance, they’re graphic, they’re ‘meaty’.
The portraits have depth, they have style, they have class,
It’s like admiring yourself in the looking glass,
And because commissions are done for his fans, for his ‘clique’,
He destroys the stencil post-painting, to ensure they’re unique,
He paints with real passion, with skill, with his “heart”,
He’s brilliant, so go give some real love to Urban Wall Art.
Very interesting, Caro, Is there a link to his work? How can I see more of his paintings?
Isn’t it Gustavo? Go find him on http://urbanwallart.wordpress.com/
Very Nice, where does the artist work. I would like to see more of his work.?
Hi William, he is American, but the picture you see is one I commissioned from him of Anita-Clare Field…go find him on http://urbanwallart.wordpress.com/

A rhyming blog! That takes some extra work.
It makes a very charming quirk.
Thanks for sharing this artist who makes me smirk!
(sorry, smile does not rhyme.)
Thank you!
It’s so nice to be able to find out about other artisits.
I’m glad!
I am honored that you would post the work and write some great things about me! I truly appreciate it and look forward reading more of your work as well!
